This personal information protection policy is based on Articles 68 to 73, Section 1 "Protection of personal information in e-commerce" (Chapter V) of Decree 52/2013/ND-CP.
The privacy terms below apply to customers using the products, software, and services of Vinh Hien (by HKDTCT), such as the QUANLYOTO-VFMS software/app, Trucker@IoT, the dashcam management software....
1. Purpose and scope of information collection
In this Policy, "personal information" means information that identifies, or is capable of identifying, an individual customer. The categories of personal information we process (which may vary by jurisdiction under applicable law) include:
Company, shop, or business name; transaction address; tax code; full name; contact address; email; mobile phone number; landline number, and so on. We always inform customers of the specific purpose whenever we need to collect their personal information on www.vinhhien.vn / www.v-ecom.biz/vinhhien3, and all information is provided voluntarily by the customer.
2. Scope of use of the information
The personal information collected is used only within the company. The company may disclose personal information collected from customers to other parties — such as our dealers and product receiving and delivery services — for the purpose of delivering products to customers as quickly as possible according to the order details.
Where necessary, we may use this information to contact customers directly, for example to confirm the order details, confirm the dispatch of products, confirm the delivery time based on the customer's information, confirm the delivery location, and so on.
3. Information retention period
The company stores the personal information provided by customers on our internal systems for as long as the customer's orders are being processed, or until the customer requests deletion of the information provided during ordering.

Customers who wish to update their personal information should contact the company's customer care department via the hotline above.
6. Commitment to protecting customers' personal information
The company will not share your information with any other company, except for dealers, the departments that receive orders and deliver them to customers according to the order details, technical support teams, the hotline, and so on. In certain special cases, the company may be required to disclose personal information — for example, where there are grounds that disclosure is necessary to prevent threats to life and health, or for law-enforcement purposes. The company is committed to complying with customer information confidentiality rules and national privacy principles.
