Durable, reliable FLASH storage

Earlier generations of journey monitoring devices mostly stored data on SD/microSD cards, which often failed because of in-vehicle temperatures and 24/7 operation. To overcome this, the XBX-A3 is equipped with solid-state FLASH memory that writes data faster and lasts longer, free from the failure modes of memory cards.

Continuous operation with a backup battery

The XBX-A3 can be fitted with a backup battery and a Lithium battery charger, keeping the journey monitoring unit powered even if the vehicle's battery supply is lost.

ECU connection for useful vehicle parameters

The XBX-A3 can connect to the vehicle's ECU to provide parameters such as odometer kilometres, coolant temperature, tyre pressure, engine RPM....

The first dual-SIM journey monitoring device

The XBX-A3 is Vietnam's first journey monitoring device with two integrated SIMs, allowing both SIMs to be used for data transmission. Ideal for vehicles that frequently cross the border or operate in mountainous and remote areas with patchy mobile coverage.

3-D vibration sensor

Vibration sensor: the XBX-A3 is the first type-approved journey monitoring device equipped with 3-D vehicle vibration measurement, capturing acceleration, braking force, sudden acceleration, harsh braking....

Automatic voice announcements for predefined zones

Well suited to buses and touring coaches, with automatic MP3 playback through the vehicle's speaker system.

• Fuel measurement: the XBX-A3 can connect to a Diesel fuel sensor to accurately track fuel added, fuel remaining, and fuel drawn out, with a wide range of reports and alerts.
• Temperature measurement: Vinh Hien provides a comprehensive cargo-box temperature monitoring solution with a variety of temperature charts, accurate to within +/-1ºC.
