Payment Terms
Please note that you are visiting Vinh Hien's product introduction website; this is not an online sales website. Prices listed on Vinh Hien's official website exclude VAT. Products may be out of stock at the time of your enquiry. Technical specifications, designs, or product codes may also be changed by the manufacturer without prior notice. Please contact our sales consultants for up-to-date information, the best prices, or attractive promotional offers.
Payment in person
Please pay directly at the Vinh Hien head office before purchasing.
As soon as your payment is completed, our accounting staff will give you a receipt and a VAT (financial) invoice (for cash payments), and our sales staff will then confirm the delivery arrangements with you. If you purchase at other locations, the VAT (financial) invoice will be sent to you after the order has been paid in full.
Payment by bank transfer
Customers who are far away and cannot conveniently pay in cash may pay by bank transfer:

Note: To ensure your order is processed accurately, immediately after transferring the money please fax us the payment order bearing the remitting bank's stamp, so that our sales staff can use it as the basis for reserving the goods for you as agreed.
