Founded in Ho Chi Minh City in 2002, Vinh Hien E-Commerce Trading Co., Ltd designs and manufactures GPS hardware, in-vehicle cameras and the VECOM FMS platform, with support technicians across all three regions of the country.

XBX-A3

Vietnam's first vehicle journey monitoring device certified to standard QCVN31:2014. The XBX-A3 is the third generation of journey monitoring products manufactured by Vinh Hien, and the first product granted certification of conformity with QCVN 31:2014/BGTVT. Certificate of conformity: No. 1/SXLR/2015/TCĐBVN. The 2015 model features a compact, attractive design and a high-speed CPU from MICROCHIP USA. It is also the first journey monitoring (GPS tracking) device in Vietnam with two integrated SIMs, and the first type-approved unit equipped with 3-D vehicle vibration measurement.

01 XBX-DVR/HDD3G/HDD In-Vehicle Camera The XBX-DVR/HDD is a dedicated in-vehicle camera (mobile DVR) for buses, coaches, trucks and more. An extremely powerful mobile DVR, it connects up to 8 Analog/AHD cameras, records and streams video to the control centre in real time, allows live viewing over 3G and on tablets, and supports two-way voice via the on-board speaker and microphone. 02 XBX-SXBX-S — motorbikes, personal vehicles Low-cost journey monitoring for motorbikes and private cars. The XBX-S journey monitoring device is designed for motorbikes and private cars at low cost, with special features: remote engine shut-off and SMS queries to locate the vehicle. 03 SIP-8VECOM G.TRACK A GPS monitoring and positioning system for taxis, urban transport, and vessels. Connected to an existing two-way radio network, VECOM G.Track marks a new breakthrough for the taxi and urban transport business. All information on routes, vehicle speed, pick-up and drop-off times and more is updated and stored at the Taxi Operations Centre, helping dispatchers announce exactly which vehicle is closest to a pick-up point. The system was researched and built at Vinh Hien E-Commerce Trading Co., Ltd on a US GPS chipset. 04 QUANLYOTO V-FMS Software Purpose-built software running on the Web and as a SmartPhone app, monitoring vehicle positions in real time - anytime - anywhere! QUANLYOTO V-FMS is Vinh Hien's online fleet management solution: each vehicle fitted with an XBlackBox GPS black box is connected online to a fleet management website. From this website, managers can monitor and dispatch vehicles with ease, with all vehicle information displayed in real time. V-FMS is also a FREE app on iOS and Android phones for users of Vinh Hien GPS products. 05 SRG-3LCD-XScreen A monitoring display for drivers. The LCD-XScreen is a driver-facing monitor that works with the in-vehicle camera system installed on the vehicle. Please contact Vinh Hien for advice on the right configuration for each vehicle type.

First online vehicle-management platform

QUANLYOTO V-FMS went online; the G.TRACK taxi-tracking system was piloted at SASCO, Mai Linh and VINATAXI. Unilever Vietnam used XBX-M to manage its fleet.

2011

Viet Nam's first type-approved GSHT device

In June 2011 the XBX-A became the first journey-monitoring device to receive MoT type approval. That year 1,500+ HCMC buses were equipped.
