Delivery and Installation Terms
Please inspect the goods carefully and check the products against the accompanying documents and warranty card (if any) before accepting them. If you ask a relative to receive the goods on your behalf, the goods should still be inspected carefully before acceptance. Once delivery has been completed, we are only liable for technical defects caused by the manufacturer (all other cases fall outside our responsibility).
- Please note: All journey monitoring devices, dashcams, and other accessories we sell come with full documentation, namely: a sales invoice; or (and) a delivery note; or (and) a handover record; or (and) a VAT (financial) invoice. You are therefore entitled to refuse the goods if none of these four documents is provided. This ensures product quality, confirms that you are buying genuine goods from Vinh Hien, and protects your rights regarding exchanges and returns.
- Delivery may take longer than expected for reasons such as an incorrect customer address, the customer not being at home, the delivery staff being unable to reach the customer, natural disasters, fire, and so on. In such cases we will contact you to arrange a suitable new delivery time.
- If the estimated delivery time has passed and you have not received your goods, please contact us so we can remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
We currently offer the following delivery methods:
1. Pick-up at the Vinh Hien office
- Customers purchasing at Vinh Hien receive the goods directly at the company's head office.
- Please inspect the goods carefully and check the products against the accompanying documents and warranty card (if any) before accepting them.
- Our sales staff will provide you with full documentation: a sales invoice; or (and) a VAT (financial) invoice. You may ask the sales staff for these documents if they have not been provided promptly.
For customers outside Ho Chi Minh City, the VAT (financial) invoice will be provided after the order has been paid in full.
2. Delivery by our staff to the customer's address
- For customers requesting delivery in areas where Vinh Hien has an office or transaction branch — Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Can Tho, Da Lat, Nha Trang, Binh Thuan, Buon Me Thuot, Thanh Hoa, Ha Nam, Quang Nam, etc. — Vinh Hien staff will deliver the goods to an address of your choice.
- In some cases where the order requires installation, is of high value, and the delivery address is in a province adjacent to the locations above, our staff can carry out the delivery, with the out-of-province surcharge paid by the customer (upon the customer's request).
- Customers in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Can Tho, Da Lat, Nha Trang, Binh Thuan, Buon Me Thuot, Thanh Hoa, Ha Nam, Quang Nam who place an order within the day will normally receive the goods the same day or after 01 working day, and no later than 03 working days.
- Our delivery team will contact you in advance so you can arrange a specific time and place for the delivery.
- Please inspect the goods carefully at the moment you receive them from the delivery staff. If the type, model, quality, or quantity of the goods does not match your order, please notify us immediately so we can resolve it together. If everything is in order, please accept the goods and sign the delivery note.
- Upon receiving the goods, you sign the delivery note and pay the delivery staff the full amount, or the remaining balance (if a deposit has been made), of the purchase (comprising the value of the goods + the delivery fee + other incidental charges (if any)).
- If the goods must be transferred from a distant warehouse to the Vinh Hien warehouse, or shipped to provinces other than those listed above, our sales staff will contact you to agree on a new delivery time.
- If for any reason our staff cannot deliver on time, we will contact you and let you know.
3. Delivery by courier to the customer's address
- For customers in remote districts and provinces where we are unable to deliver ourselves, we will entrust the delivery to courier services such as VNPT, Viettel, or other reputable courier providers.
- When placing an order, please fill in all required information fully and accurately so that we can supply the goods and receive payment promptly. We are not responsible for late or lost deliveries caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.
- Delivery time depends on whether you choose express or standard delivery, with the cost paid by the customer; these timeframes are approximate only.
- Express delivery: 1 to 3 working days.
- Standard delivery: 5 to 7 working days.
- Please inspect the goods carefully at the moment you receive them from the courier. If the type, quality, or quantity of the goods does not match your order, please notify us immediately so we can work with the courier to resolve it.
4. Delivery via passenger coach (coach operators) at coach stations
- This delivery method usually applies to customers in districts and provinces far from the city centre who have a trusted relative or acquaintance travelling on the coach.
- Vinh Hien will deliver your goods via passenger coach exactly as you request.
- Please provide us with accurate coach details: the coach operator's name (vehicle name), the full name of the owner (or the driver or driver's assistant), the licence plate number, arrival and departure times at the coach stations, and any other relevant information.
- Please pay the full order value before we hand over the goods, or the coach owner may pay the full order value before receiving them. We also recommend that you ask the coach owner (the person receiving the goods from us) to inspect the goods carefully before accepting them.
5. DELIVERY FEES
5.1 Delivery fees for customers with addresses in the inner areas of Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Can Tho, Da Lat, Nha Trang, Binh Thuan, Buon Me Thuot, Thanh Hoa, Ha Nam, Tam Ky
- Vinh Hien delivers and installs devices free of charge at the locations listed above.
5.2 Delivery fees for customers with addresses in remote districts and provinces
Listed prices do not include out-of-province delivery fees (for areas outside Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Can Tho, Da Lat, Nha Trang, Binh Thuan, Buon Me Thuot, Thanh Hoa, Ha Nam, Tam Ky). The usual minimum surcharge for standard delivery is shown below. If the actual shipping cost is higher than this minimum, we will notify you of the exact amount. Please note that this surcharge already includes out-of-province installation and user-guidance fees (if any).
- For device orders worth under VND 10 million, an additional delivery fee of VND 300,000 applies.
- Orders worth VND 10 million or more qualify for FREE delivery.
