On 30/03/2014, the announcement ceremony of the 2014 “Trusted Product, Perfect Service, Preferred Brand” media and survey programme was held at the Hanoi Opera House. The “Trusted Product, Preferred Brand, Perfect Service” award is a prestigious distinction voted by the Intellectual Property and Innovation magazine together with the Consumers Association, following a survey and verification process carried out throughout 2013. Businesses meeting at least one of the three criteria — Trusted Product, Preferred Brand, Perfect Service — are honoured. At the announcement ceremony, 66 businesses and organizations were honoured and presented with certificates of merit and commemorative medals.
