4. The online Quanlyoto V-FMS system is built on the XBlackBox family of GPS black box devices, with the following models
- XBX-M: uses SMS messaging (Using SMS for communication).
- XBX-G: uses GPRS to continuously transmit vehicle data to the operations centre.
